Eibonvale Press Mentioned on the Tor blog – Hal Duncan’s Testament

Hal Duncan’s novel Testament, which we will be releasing in a few months, just got an eager write-up over on the Tor blog:

“It’s not the easiest book to encapsulate. Basically though, it’s my anarcho-socialist atheist-humanist remix of the Gospels (all five of them—Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Thomas). It’s metafiction meets the multiverse, you could say. I’ve taken the source material and edited it into a single narrative, with a bit of (re)translation that puts a whole other spin on it.”

These are exciting times.  This book will be not quite like anything we have done before – and also one of the bigger design challenges to come along in a while, I can tell you that now!

Is there a pre order link for Testament yet? Can’t wait to get my hands on it!

I will put up a pre-order page for this as soon as I can assign a price to the book, which hopefully wont be more than a month or so. Keep an eye on this blog. I will be announcing it here. 🙂
